Our marketplace is designed to connect creators of ThriveCart templates with customers who wish to purchase and use these templates for their own businesses. As a vendor, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and originality of the templates you upload, and you confirm that you hold the necessary rights or licenses to sell them. All templates sold on our platform are digital products, and therefore all sales are considered final; we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless explicitly required by law, so we strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, previews, and details before making a purchase. Vendors understand that a commission fee will be deducted from each sale they make on the marketplace, and payouts will be processed according to the chosen payment method, which may include PayPal, Stripe, or direct bank transfer, and vendors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment details. The marketplace reserves the right to withhold payments or suspend accounts in cases of suspected fraud, copyright infringement, or breach of our policies. Vendors must not upload templates that violate intellectual property rights, contain misleading or deceptive content, or promote illegal activities, and any violation of these rules may result in removal from the platform without prior notice. By listing templates for sale, vendors grant the marketplace a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, promote, and distribute their products within the platform for the sole purpose of facilitating sales, while ownership of the content remains with the vendor. Customers who purchase templates are granted a personal license to use the templates for their own projects, but they are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or share the files outside of the marketplace without explicit authorization. The marketplace acts solely as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and cannot be held responsible for disputes, errors, or damages that may arise from the use of a purchased template. By continuing to use this platform, both vendors and buyers agree to release the marketplace from any liability related to product performance, accuracy, or suitability for specific purposes. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time, and it is the responsibility of users to regularly review them. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
